They suspended my account within two days of activation of my lifetime subscription saying some vague rules without even giving me a chance to explain my side. On top of that they did not even refund my money. Worst online experience in my last 30 years. As far as I was concerned I was uploading my own content and their bots who respond to email don't understand it. Their emails are so uncourteous that I feel I give up my subscription fee instead of responding to them. It's a learning experience for me not to trust any overseas registered company online since it is not even logistically possible to file a legal case.

I have been using pCloud since last 6 years. I started using paid storage (500GB) service since last 2 years. So far I did not face any issue using their storage services and therefore there was no need for me to use their support. That is a big plus. Uploads are quite fast as compared some other cloud storage service providers.

I tried most cloud storage solutions, including Dropbox, Google, OneDrive, IceDrive, Sync & Mega. For me pCloud is the best, upload speeds are decent, the Mac desktop app on an M1 Mac is good, and I like the folder backup feature with file revisions. I would like the ability to reinstate a backup and not have to start all over again, the same with photo uploads on the iOS app. One thing that would really help would be to see file notifications or a list showing what files are being uploaded or downloaded. Keep up the good work pCloud. Thank you

I have started using PCloud few days ago. Like with any new platform one uses, it takes a little bit of time to get used to. But the UI is very intuitive which is very helpful. There were a few items for which I needed the helpdesk. Although there is no call center to speak with a expert, the assistance offered was very good. Their replies were concise, helpful, clear and polite.

But what really stood out was their response time. Within hours I received a reply email with their guidance. Very good.

There are a few features I havent yet fully mastered but all in all I am very happy with the service sofar

So what did I like and what not is:

+++ ease of setting up
++. Upload time using mobile device
++ sync function works very well with mac but bit slower (still faster then Dropbox)

- - upload time from Mac (this was ridiculously low but I have been told that there apparently where some wrong settings and should be solved soon

Violeta Yordanova did an excellent job answering all of my questions about pCloud Business to see if it would be a good fit for the company I work for. She was up front about the pros and cons to how I was wanting to use pCloud and provided solutions if I were to run into any problems. Violeta was great to work with!

I've been using pCloud for a few years now and it's a good general purpose service at a great one-off price. However, the company isn't developing it more and there are some glaring usability issues such as when you use the web interface or mobile app to do a search, you can't see what folder a file is in and you can't see HEIC files (which have been around since 2017 and the standard photo file for iPhone). Despite requesting this feature several times, it isn't coming. It's best used by mapping a PC to it to do these kinds of actions, but the web interface and the app should be better.

I have always received wonderful customer service a few times when I needed it. pCloud is something I hardly think about because it just works. It's one thing to be cross-platform, but for those who run Linux, pCloud is the best choice.
